This full-time, on-rotation position requires a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector, along with a B.Com. degree. As a Senior Sales Person, you will be responsible for leading customer engagement, driving sales targets, managing in-store operations, and mentoring junior staff. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills are essential.
