Inbound CSR (NO SALES) (Vacancy in Islamabad)

It's an inbound call center without any target base because it's a Parcel service and our client calls and we need to take orders and using our dispatch system to book a job for them. We have NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE. Skills: You must have good fluency in English speaking. Your English must be British or American accent. And computer knowledge Location: I-9 Number of Agents: We need. 5 agents Other Requirements Good Spoken and written English is required Need to multi task ( Answer Emails, calls and Texts) Previous experience in a English spoken call center a plus Proficient in computer handling. Able to work in flexible shifts (day/afternoon/night) according to the need of the office. Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers, as well as being able to readjust to last-minute changes and work to reroute drivers to the scheduling or rerouting of emergency calls Build strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last-minute schedule changes.
